Welcome to our annual co-ed Women’s Money Group workshop, in which we open our doors to men! See below for details.

This month, we’re going to look at the habits that make or break your results with your finances.

Have you ever taken the time to look at the way you behave with money? To consider your financial results and ask, “How did I get here? What helped or hindered my progress?”

If you want financial success, you need to pay attention to both your conscious and unconscious money habits.

Your current situation, good or bad, is the result of thousands of actions taken so far in your life. As James Clear says in his book Atomic Habits:

“Your outcomes are a lagging measure of your habits. Your net worth is a lagging measure of your financial habits…. You get what you repeat.”

At this month’s Women’s Money Group Workshop, we’re going to put on our Detective’s hat and look for clues. We’ll do an audit and pull back the curtain on your actions to get at the habits that underpin your behaviors.

Once we uncover your habits, we’ll start to ask key questions to identify which actions are moving you toward your most cherished goals and which need to be eliminated or adjusted.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll understand how to create a system of behaviors that will help you achieve the results you seek and become the person you truly want to be.

If you’ve experienced some challenges accomplishing your money goals, you’re not alone. A lot of people struggle to move their finances and their lives to the next level, mostly because they don’t know how.

James Clear notes, “Many people think they lack motivation when what they really lack is clarity. It is not always obvious when and where to take action. Some people spend their entire lives waiting for the time to be right to make an improvement.”

On December 17th, we’ll help you become crystal clear about the money habits that are in your highest, best interests.

Here’s some of what we’ll cover:

– An audit of your money habits in the key areas of money management

– An assessment of how those behaviors came about

– A discussion of goal-based change vs identity-based change

– An overview of current research in behavioral change

– A template to build better habits
